Breakfast was as expected, good range of foods available. Expect to queue later during the service. It does get very busy very quickly though at evening meal. We tend to go in when the restaurant first opens. Well presented, nicely seasoned, reasonably hot. Yes, it was the same most days but the range of foods available daily is huge. As for the food itself, we were very impressed. The majority of foods were well labelled and a chart provided with numbers for allergens. Staff were more than happy to help and advise on the content of food.

Main restaurant - We had two concerns after reading other reviews, quality of food and our daughter having a nut allergy. One is by the water park, the other at the far end of the evening entertainment area, tucked away. Snack bar - Always well stocked with food. Kostas at the pool bar deserves a mention, so friendly and always has a smile. You have to provide your own for the lazy River. Hotel only provide inflatables for the slides. Sunbeds available most of the time we went. Staff acting as lifeguards in the pool seemed sporadic. (1st come 1st served, not generally available in the afternoon), also to supervise the slides. Staff on hand to issue you your towels to use. However, towels that we did have were changed regularly. Didn't really have enough towels for a daily shower for 5 of us. 25 Euros is an utter rip off, just to use it for a week!! Air con worked really well, also worked when room is unoccupied, sockets only work when card is in slot so you can't charge phones etc whilst out.

We hired a safe as I'd seen reports from others on trip advisor that security was an issue. Few repairs had been done which were a bit botched but everything worked OK. Room was more than sufficient, clean and tidy. Room - we had a family room, one double, one single and bunk bed. All staff are so polite, greeting you as you pass them. Arival at the hotel, was efficient, checked in quickly and given directions to the room. Long awaited holiday booked 3 years ago postponed due to covid.
